What a finish that was! At half-time in the last match of Game Two - the Norwich v Spurs game - Thomas Holton's team Holton Wanderers was a good 100 points behind the leader and looking at a runners-up spot. But then Gareth Bale turned this competition on it's head. Even after the first goal Thomas would have been thinking 'so close but yet so far', however the Christmas drinks were on him when Bale's second put this one to bed. Congratulations to Thomas, he's won £1,000 cash!
Our ten runners up have each won a £100 total goals bet. A number of people didn't place the qualifying bets and missed out on a prize because of this. Don't make the same mistake next time!
